ABOUT CALLA
Calla (Einherjar x Smyrna - Wild Again) is a 2001 Secretariat granddaughter. She is an exceptional Thoroughbred mare, who excels at her current job as a schoolmaster. Representing the best of her breed, Calla possesses a high degree of athleticism, accompanied with versatility and a high degree of work ethic, which has allowed her to show well in both the Hunter and Jumper rings.
In her more recent years, Calla’s calm-demeanour has allowed her to show the younger generation the ropes to both riding and competing. Her honest personality, assists in building the confidence of all her riders - no matter the skill level.
We have high hopes that Calla will be a wonderful dam. As well as we hope she passes on all of her excellent traits - that make her so amateur friendly - to her 2023 foal.

Calla was bred to Party in de Hus for a 2023 foal.
Party in the Hus is a wonderful 2017 16.3 1/2 hand Selle Francais stallion. Party in de Hus is sired by the renowned show jumping sire, Kannan, out of a Coriano/Ramiro Z/Landgraf I damline.
Party in de Hus is currently showing in Europe. He is licensed AES (Anglo European Stud Book).
