Double Dare RDE - "Spud"

Spud is a 2023 warmblood colt by KWPN stallion, Daccardi V, out of thoroughbred dam, Sweet Paola. 

At a year old, Spud is proving to be an excellent prospect for the hunter ring with his beautifully balanced movement. Temperaments do not get much better than Spud's! He is extremely easy going and already showing willingness to learn new things at a young age. Spud has a brain and disposition to die for!

Spud not only has wonderful conformation, but also has great bone. With his dam standing 16.3, and his sire standing 17 hands, Spud is guaranteed to finish 17+ hands. 

Spud is registered CSHA and placed 7th at the 2023 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in the CSHA President's Cup!

SPUD'S SIRE:

Spud's sire, Daccardi V boasts an impressive pedigree (Indoctro x Glenridge x Doruto). Daccardi V has shown great success in various rings; showing up to Third Level dressage, and 1.15m jumpers at a number of recognized shows within North America. He is currently training to event at the Preliminary level. 

Daccardi V has been granted lifetime approval with Canadian Warmblood. During his Canadian Warmblood Stallion Performance Test, he scored 8.5 for jumping scope, 8 for jumping technique, 8's for his rideability, and 9's for character, willingness, and temperament. Daccardi V was the highest scoring Dressage stallion during his SPT, with an above average score.
